We do our best to provide as much information about Life Fest as possible and anticipate the most-common questions. You will find a list of these questions below. If you have a question that is not answered here, contact us and we will do our best to provide the information you are looking for. 

Life Fest 2021 will take place Friday through Monday, September 3 ~ 6, 2021. It will be held at Camp Crestwood, 7206 Clore Lane, Crestwood, KY 40014.

Yes. For those that want or need to come in early, early check-in will start on Thursday,  September September 2, 2021 at 6:00 pm. If you are planning to come in early, please let us know using the Contact Us form.

The cost to attend Life Fest 2021 is $99.00 per person or $198.00 per family. There is no charge for children (12 and under) with a paid family (2 adults) registration.

We partner with a third-party, Tithe.ly, to handle event registration and payment processing. Just click the Register Now button on the home page or the Registration link in the navigation menu to be taken to the registration page. You can register and pay now  or pay later!

In order to ensure we cover our event expenses, we do not offer discount or group rates at this time. We do have a “Family Registration” option (some restrictions apply) that can reduce the overall cost when bringing the entire family. Contact us for more details.

We are still in the planning stages of Life Fest 2021 and our line-up is not finalized  yet – but we are getting close! The most up-to-date information about Life Fest can be found on the Speakers page and on our Social Media pages.

Yes! The theme for Life Fest 2021 is Governance ~ Direction ~ Establishment. More details and information about our theme will be shared at Life Fest 2021!

i3 stands for Identification, Impartation and Implementation. This started out as the theme for Life Fest 2020 but we soon realized the concepts of i3 are ever-present in our discussions. Each Life Fest event will have its own theme but you will hear references to i3 throughout our meetings and in our conversations. You can read more about i3 by clicking on the Themes: i3 menu.

This is an ever-changing situation and we will follow the guidelines set forth by local authorities. The most current information on this topic can be found on the Oldham County website.
